Fearless Patterns. Chic Colors. Modern Prints. Armed with a degree in Fashion Design, I've been working in the clothing and accessories design field since 2003. Pink Koala Design started its existence as a lifestyle fashion, baby and home accessories company. After 6 years, designing and manufacturing product, I realized that my love was really in the prints, patterns, and colors of the fabrics that I used to create my goods. In 2012, Pink Koala Design decided to leave the manufacturing to others and I put my focus on surface pattern design, illustration  and all the possibilities that come with it.

I'm now just starting to build my career as a freelance designer and I'm building a portfolio of prints, illustrations and patterns for a range of surfaces including home accessories, textiles for fashion and home, ceramics, and printed paper products. I love for mid century modern design and 1950's, 1960's and 70's fashions and trends. I'm also a child of the 80s and my work reflects my nostalgia for that era. Many might forget that there was also a lot of great design from clothes to furniture and cars to toys during that era.  Design that you just don't see today. I also love fashion design, culture and travel and that is reflected in my work.

Pink Koala Design marries modern and vintage influences and inspirations and creates print, illustrations and patterns that are fresh, chic, and modern. Although Pink Koala Design as a surface pattern design and illustration company is just starting, I'm working to build a successful company that will provide my customers with chic modern prints, illustrations and patterns in bold, vibrant colors. Inspiration is everywhere and I'm very excited about future possibilities. Hold on tight because I have some great things in store!
