FABRICS
Pink Koala Design is made to order using vintage, vintage reproduction or out of print fabrics. Our fabrics are limited in quantities to keep our
products unique and exclusive. The pictures of fabrics that you see on our website are photographs we’ve taken of each fabric. The colors and
tones that you see on your screen may vary slightly from the physical fabric depending on the ambient light in the room the tilt of your monitor,
and color and contrast settings of your computer. Every effort has been made to ensure that our photographs are color balanced correctly
and show our fabrics as they appear in person. At Pink Koala Design, we urge you to contact us if you have any questions at all regarding any of
the fabrics, colors, and textures, or are unsure of any aspect of your product. If you’ve seen a fabric before but do not currently see it on the
fabric palette, this means that we have run out of that fabrics and will be replacing it with a new selection soon. If you don’t see a fabric that
you absolutely love please keep checking back as we update our selections often! Please note that fabrics shown on ready-made products are
not available to create your own custom bag unless they appear on the fabric palette.
CARE FOR PRODUCTS
Pink Koala products are machine washable. Use a warm iron if necessary.
PAYMENTS AND ORDERING
We gladly accept Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover. Our online orders are processed through PayPal shopping cart. If you prefer to pay a different
way, please contact us and we will get in touch with you about your order. Please note: You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to
use the PayPal shopping cart. All discounts and codes can be redeemed by entering in the applicable code in the during checkout.
SHIPPING
Readymade products are shipped 1-2 days from purchase and custom orders are shipped about 1-3 weeks from purchase depending on the product.
From hand cutting the fabrics to the careful stitching and inspecting of every product, custom designs usually take 1 to 3 weeks to complete.
All domestic orders placed are shipped using USPS Priority (2-5 business days) or UPS depending on your choice. International orders, please
note: Shipping rates applied during checkout are U.S. only. If you are placing an international order and would like a shipping quote before you
purchase, please contact us with your address and we will let you know the exact rates.
Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders can be expedited at an additional charge.
RETURNS
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
If you find Pink Koala Design Custom products do not meet your expectations, please return the product within 15 days(with receipt) of arrival
and you will receive either credit for a new item, exchange or a partial refund (minus shipping charges) for the item purchased, due to the nature
of the product. The shipping charges from your original order will not be issued as store credit. Postage charges for returns are non-
refundable.
NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All non-custom products can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items sales are final and not eligible for refund or store credit.
If you receive a damaged or defective item from http://www.pinkkoaladesign.com, immediately return the item to our online store. You will
receive an e-mail notification when we have processed your return.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you place an order and would like to change or cancel, you must contact us directly within 24 hours of order placement at either 240-538-
2337 or support@pinkkoala.com
Once we begin construction on a custom product, we are unable to cancel the order.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged to all orders that are being shipped to addresses within the State of Maryland. Sales tax is based on tax rates for your
taxing jurisdiction. We collect applicable taxes for sales to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IN, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC,
ND, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN, VT, WI, and WV.
General Info
We ask that you remember that we are a small cottage business specializing in custom handmade products. There are only a few individuals
behind the scenes here at Pink Koala and though we try and work very hard to avoid making mistakes, some might slip past us every now and then.
We ask you kindly bring these to our attention if necessary and know that a mishap with your order is NEVER, EVER intentional. When we do have
the need to correct a problem, we will do so with the utmost care and speed possible and will make sure to compensate any
inconvenience caused. Our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with your shopping experience.
Pink Koala products are all cotton fabric products. Occasionally we use cotton-poly or polyester fabrics as well. We repurpose vintage
fabrics and textiles. Sometimes we even use vintage garments in our creations. Pink Koala is commited to leaving as little footprint as possible on
this planet.
